THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING

On my bespoke creations page I will list all of the crystals and stones that are currently available for your custom piece.  The price of the stone includes the cost of silver and materials as well as production costs.

Once you have purchased your crystal or stone I will contact you by email in 5-10 days to discuss the design details of your piece, as well as size if you are purchasing a bespoke ring.

*All custom rings are final sale and no returns or refunds are offered for them. Due to this policy I recommend you have your ring size professionally determined. Also, rings with a wider band are oftentimes sized slightly differently.  If you are commissioning a wider band, keep this in mind when determining your size. Once the stone is set in the ring I am not able to resize your ring so please make sure you are ordering the correct size.

The current turnaround time for custom rings is 2-4 weeks. As soon as your ring is completed I will email you a photo of the completed ring and it will be shipped to you ASAP. All shipments come with a tracking number that you will receive once I have mailed the package.

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY STONE?

Crystals and Stones, depending on their unique make up and hardness all have very different standards of care.  For any quartz crystals you can cleanse and clear under fresh cool water, or through sun and/or moonlight.  Softer stones such as moonstone, apophyllite, or selenite should be kept away from water, but can be cleansed in the moonlight.

Crystals and stones set in sterling silver may require a different standard of care given water can damage and tarnish your silver over time.  If your piece is visibly dirty, a gentle polishing cloth will do just fine on the silver.  For the gemstones, a soft cloth that does not contain polishing compound works best.  

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR CRYSTALS AND STONES

All of the quartz crystals that I use are sourced locally.  Many are direct-from-mine in Brazil.  I source many of my turquoise and gemstones from independent lapidary artists whose craftsmanship and eye for design is impeccable.  Regardless of the source, I do always cleanse, clear and charge my crystals and stones prior to sending them off to their new homes.  This ensures they make their way to you with an energetic "clean slate" if you will.  From there, they can be programmed with whatever intention you desire.  The only exception to this rule are my Crystal Generator Talismans which while cleansed and cleared, are re-programed with intentions in alignment with the piece. For example, Anchor Generator Talismans are programmed with energies to assist in grounding and anchoring ourselves for a strong energetic foundation.
